2. We review your website and submitted information and decide if we can help you or not. We will not waste your time or ours.

3. If accepted, you will be invoiced for a non-refundable fee of $100.  This small fee covers the many hours we will put into your search phrase strategy, website research, website optimization and the valuable strategies we will inform you of in order to get your keyword phrase into the top 10 of Google, Yahoo and MSN.

4. Once all strategies and updates have been applied on both your end and ours, the 90 day countdown will begin. The fee you owe minus the $100. non-refundable fee is shown on the table below.

5. We will not charge any additional fees although you may incur some fees from your web design and maintenance company if strategies we recommend include the alteration of your website. We will notify you ahead of time if we believe your entire website needs redesigned.

• Your domain name must end in the .com or .net extension

• Your site must NOT use frames

• Your domain name should not contain hyphens, we will accept 1 hyphen domain names but no more than one.

• Your business must be based in the USA

• You acknowledge that your website has not been penalized or banned by any of the big three engines due to Black Hat SEO practices.

• You acknowledge that you have funds available to pay in full if your website places in the top 10 of all three top search engines at the end of the 90 day period.

• You acknowledge that all content on and contained within your website is your own original content and has not been copied or duplicated from another website.
